Every tyre we sell is new and covered by the warranty of its tyre brand (manufacturer), as per their terms. CS Tyre does not give a separate warranty. The warranty terms, period and coverage are set by the tyre maker (for example MRF, Apollo, CEAT or Michelin) and follow that manufacturer's published terms.
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact CS Tyre on +91 8886494786, WhatsApp or cstyrequotescheck@gmail.com.
- Bring the tyre and your purchase invoice to our shop at Door No 9-20-1714/4, Auto Nagar, Nizamabad District, Telangana.
- We will inspect the tyre and send the claim to the manufacturer for assessment.
- The manufacturer decides on the claim. We will keep you updated throughout.
What is usually not covered
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage from punctures, road hazards, incorrect inflation, misalignment, accidents or normal wear. Please check the specific manufacturer's terms for your tyre.
