We want you to get the right tyre the first time, which is why we confirm the size and vehicle with you before every order.
Returns
You can return tyres that have not been used or installed. Unused, uninstalled tyres can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition, with the invoice.
Tyres that have been installed or used cannot be returned. Any issue with a used tyre is handled under the tyre brand's warranty (see our Warranty page).
Wrong or damaged tyre
If you received the wrong tyre or it arrived damaged, please tell us on the same day it is delivered and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the same account you paid from, and are processed promptly.
Cancellations
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched or fitted. Any amount paid is refunded as described above.
